Pick up from your accommodation in Trujillo ( city center) around 10:00am from where we will leave for the Campiña de Moche, first we will go to the Huacas de Moche Museum where we appreciate the archaeological remains extracted from the Huaca de the Moon exhibited in three rooms; that allow to know about the moches, their city, the cult to the power and to the god of the mountain Aia Paec.
We will then follow to Huaca de La Luna, which is a religious architectural complex made of adobe, where the image of their deity Aia Paec is shown in high relief, as well as the iconography of warriors, dancers, spiders and snakes.
After lunch (lunch not included) we will start the Chan Chan Tour, we will pick you up from the main square or at the restaurant that was left.
Later we will go to the Chan Chan Site Museum, where you can see the prehispanic cultural development of the region and where the Chimú story is told through projections of lights and sound effects. Return toTrujillo 6:00 pm.
