Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, known as the Niagara of Indonesia, is located in East-Java on the border between Lumajang Regency and Malang Regency. It literally means 'a thousand waterfalls', and we can assure you, you will not be disappointed.
Residents from these two districts often call these waterfalls Grojogan Sewu, Coban Grojogan Sewu, Coban Tumpak Sewu, or Coban Sewu. The primary flow of the waterfalls is the meltwater source coming from the mountain, the Glidik River.
This waterfall is 120 meters high and the water falling down like a misty fog will leave you breathless. Our guide will make sure you'll have an experience you'll never forget.
Behind the waterfalls the Semeru mountain overshadows the waterfall. Semeru Mount is the highest mountain in Java.

Tumpak Sewu waterfall is becoming famous as one of the most amazing waterfalls in East Java, and it may even be the coolest waterfall in all of Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
This thing is called a waterfall, but it’s more like a thousand waterfalls put together, which is why the name loosely translated from the local Java language means ‘many waterfalls.’
These falls thunder down into a horseshoe shaped jungle ravine that looks like something right out of Jurassic Park. The end result is an unmissable natural wonder!
The best lighting for this is early in the morning before the sun gets high, otherwise taking the right photos can be more of a challenge.

This tour package is very interesting because you can save time and money. The tour is shared so costs are more economical. In just 10-11 hours you can visit all your favorite places in Bromo.
On the way up there are numerous lookouts where you can stare into the inky early morning light before sunrise as well as gaze down to the dark plains below. It’s all part of the vast Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park and it’s only once the sun rises do you realise there’s desert-like sea of sand stretching as far as the eye can see around Mount Bromo.
Once there it takes about half an hour to wander through lava fields and up a steep staircase to the crater rim.
The rim is an awe-inspiring sight. You stand above a steaming volcanic crater with a short concrete wall the only barricade between you and the smoking darkness below – the veritable gates of hell, redolent with a sulphur vapours
